**Job Description:**
The Museum Receptionist will be responsible for public service, visitor reception, and operational support, ensuring a welcoming, organized, and informative experience for museum visitors.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Greet visitors and provide information about exhibitions, opening hours, rules, and museum services;
* Manage visitor entry and exit;
* Assist with ticket sales and/or verification, where applicable;
* Guide groups, schools, and general visitors;
* Answer phone calls and address public inquiries;
* Maintain organization of the reception area and service zones;
* Support administrative and educational staff with operational tasks;
* Comply with internal policies, safety regulations, and cultural heritage preservation standards.
**Requirements:**
* Completed high school education;
* Strong verbal communication skills and professional demeanor;
* Organizational ability, courtesy, and proactivity;
* Proficiency in public service;
* Basic computer literacy.
