THE SOCIAL SERVICE FOR TRANSPORT (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL TRANSPORT TRAINING SERVICE (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (CNPJ/MF) under numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby announce the opening of registrations for the Personnel Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice.
**1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:**
1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT’s needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages.
1\.2\. Candidates who pass the selection process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order.
1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its implementation shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT.
POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES
2\.. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below:
**POSITION:** Instructor (Occupational Safety)
**EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT).
**BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units are extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Health plan (with co-payment) — employee’s monthly fee covered by the company; dependent(s)’ monthly fee covered by the employee.
2\.1\. Work schedule and shift assignments will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the selected candidate upon call; the candidate must declare availability for the assigned schedule. A candidate declining the vacancy due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process.

**JOB SUMMARY:** Delivers instruction on theoretical and practical knowledge in the specialty of the position, aligned with the educational axes defined by the institution, and facilitates students’ learning process in Professional Development activities conducted by the Operational Unit (courses, lectures, seminars). **EDUCATION:**
Completed undergraduate degree.
The required qualifications must be verified by:
a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC), and/or;
b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following graduation).

a) Copy of valid Diploma/Certificate for the course.
At least one of the following Regulatory Standards (NR) courses: NR5, NR10, NR11, NR12, NR20, NR33, NR35\.

Valid National Driver’s License (CNH) — Category B, D, or E (at least one license in any of these categories).

**EXPERIENCE:**
Proven professional experience in training activities, courses related to occupational safety, and occupational safety regulatory standards.
**VERIFICATION:** Documentation must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise submitted documents will be rejected. Professional experience must be verified by:
a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), nature of service performed, and detailed description of duties performed;
b) Or copy of the Worker’s Booklet (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating relevance to the target position (only if the CTPS entry uses nomenclature directly correlated to that required in the Selection Process);
c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during service delivery, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to verify experience.
