Work environment that values proactivity and emotional intelligence **OPPORTUNITY IN CAMPINA GRANDE - PB** **COMPANY: PROVASC - VASCULAR MEDICINE** **POSITION: RECEPTIONIST** **SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM (1-hour lunch break) **Salary:** R$1\.621,00 **Benefits:** Meal allowance **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide public service, delivering information and guidance. * Register and update patient data in the system. * Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments and procedures. * Assist in managing physicians' schedules and time slot availability. * Receive patients, verify documents, complete attendance forms, and issue health insurance guides and authorizations. * Collect payments and organize insurance guides. * Support the medical and technical team as needed administratively. * Ensure confidentiality of patient information and medical records. **Behavioral Competencies:** Empathetic communication, organization, and attention to detail. Proactivity, agility, and emotional intelligence are essential to handle demanding clients and teamwork. The professional must demonstrate ethical conduct, problem-solving ability, and adaptability to unexpected situations (e.g., delays and complaints), showing flexibility and ease of adaptation. **Technical Competencies:** Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital channels (WhatsApp, e\-mail, and systems).
