**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Ensure the proper functioning of the quality management system;
* Access and familiarize yourself with the Qualiex platform; read work instructions and managerial procedures applicable to and involving the warehouse department.
* Responsible for verifying, receiving, and organizing materials delivered to the warehouse;
* Verify physically received goods against invoices according to work instructions;
* Follow the warehouse organization model as specified in work instructions;
* Verify the registration of incoming goods that affect inventory stock balances in the company's control systems;
* Perform counts and verifications of materials held by installers, repair technicians, office\-boys, and multiskill personnel;
* Configure equipment affecting inventory prior to distribution to installers, repair technicians, and multiskill personnel;
* Fulfill material requisitions affecting inventory stock according to work instructions;
* Transport and relocate materials per requests and delivery routes;
* Conduct inventory item counts to verify system stock balances, ensuring alignment between physical and system quantities;
* Record receipt of goods and invoices for other involved departments per work instructions;
* Maintain organized storage areas for products;
* Receive and test equipment collected from customers, and arrange for its reuse;
* Know and comply with regulatory procedures related to your activity and department, as documented in the quality management tool;
* Perform other duties related to the position, as directed by supervisors;
* Know and comply with quality policy guidelines;

* Organize individual and/or shared workspaces.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Mandatory prerequisites:
* Completed high school education;
* Driver's license category 'B';
* Availability for travel.

* Strong oral and written communication skills;
* Ability to work effectively in a team;
* Communicative profile;
* Dynamic profile;
* Courses related to the field.

**Work Schedule:** 44 hours per week, from **Monday to Saturday**

**Remuneration: R$:** 1\.621,00
