Join us in aligning your purpose with our business and becoming part of our success story. **Responsibilities and Duties** Ensure up-to-date area performance indicators; Coordinate compliance with area processes; Coordinate and ensure budgetary compliance for the unit, conducting discussions with the after-sales management team; Proactively coordinate customer prospecting; Ensure continuous technical training for the workshop team; Ensure continuous commercial and technical training for the parts and workshop customer service team; **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields, with a postgraduate program underway in related areas.
