




Job Summary: Responsible for all processes related to cash operations, including opening, closing, organizing deposits, and controlling cards and expenses. Key Highlights: 1. Manages cash operations, including opening and closing. 2. Controls credit card transactions and expenses. 3. Organizes bank deposits and restocks office supplies. Description Responsible for all processes related to cash operations. Activities Perform cash register opening and closing: Conduct cash float reconciliation (credit reconciliation); verify amounts of already processed credit/debit cards. Organize and perform bank deposits: Organize and prepare cash for deposit or withdrawals. Control credit card operations: Submit credit card receipts along with shift closing reports to the Manager / Assistant Manager; request customer signature on the credit card slip when the transaction is not password-based; receive the card from the cardholder only — i.e., the card may be accepted only together with the cardholder’s identification document. Accepting third-party cards is strictly prohibited, even if the third party is a close relative. Control expenses: Organize and attach all expense receipts (snacks, groceries, stationery, etc.) to the cash closing report and submit the verified report to the Manager/Assistant Manager.
