




Job Summary: Professional to provide administrative support for departmental routines, material control, employee assistance, and document and information organization. Key Highlights: 1. Employee assistance and interdepartmental communication \- Support departmental administrative routines, such as spreadsheet control, data entry, and document organization; \- Manage material inflow and outflow, assisting with invoice and purchase order registration and verification; \- Support the operational team with timekeeping control, scheduling of admission and periodic medical examinations, and other HR administrative tasks; \- Assist and direct employees, contractors, and drivers regarding internal procedures or inquiries; \- Assist in preparing productivity reports, performance indicators, and inventory control reports when required; \- Maintain organized physical and digital files to ensure easy access to information; \- Facilitate communication between administrative and operational departments, contributing to smooth warehouse operations.
