Job Summary: Perform analysis, configuration, and development of systems to computerize internal clients' routines, including the MV system and other related systems. Key Highlights: 1. Proficiency in Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, and Agile/Waterfall methodologies **GENERAL DESCRIPTION:** Perform system analysis, configuration, and development activities to provide technological solutions for computerizing internal clients' routines and procedures. Train users on the institution's business processes within its systems. Use and configure the MV system and other hospital-related systems. **DETAILED DESCRIPTION:*** Define the processes to be used for system and application development. * Gather necessary information and refine requirements for project execution. * Conduct technical and economic feasibility studies, considering maintenance aspects as well. * Develop computerized systems based on collected data, aligned with business rules. * Monitor system acceptance testing processes. * Perform tests and simulations to ensure proper system functionality. * Deploy and validate systems in the production environment. * Guide users on system usage through training sessions and documentation (e.g., user manuals), and provide technical consultation when required. * Generate technical reports and extract performance indicator data. * Investigate emerging technologies to enhance system capabilities. * Comply with occupational health and safety regulations and procedures. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Information Technology or equivalent field. * Customer relationship management skills. * Knowledge of Oracle, MySQL, and SQL Server databases. * Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile (Scrum) methodologies. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Experience with healthcare-related organizations, such as clinics and hospitals; * Minimum six months of professional experience in systems analysis; * Experience gathering requirements from internal clients;
