About the Opportunity We are seeking an Operational Infrastructure Analyst to join Amazon's Logistics Partners team, directly supporting training, standardization, and operational excellence for teams. Key Responsibilities: * Installation of equipment from vendors such as Fortinet, Cisco, Aruba, and SonicWall * Configuration of Layer 2 and Layer 3 equipment * Advanced network troubleshooting * Opening and tracking support tickets with vendors * Familiarity with monitoring software * Incident, problem, and change management for NOC and projects * General WAN knowledge * In-depth TCP/IP knowledge * SD-WAN knowledge * Administration and maintenance of Cisco Catalyst equipment * Protocols and technologies: HSRP, VRRP, STP, VLAN, and Trunk * Routing: BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP Prerequisites: Completed Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field; Certification: Fortinet NSE4 or NSE5 and Cisco CCNA or CCNP Join us and become part of an innovative team constantly pursuing excellence in technology and operational efficiency.
