Description

Job Summary: Professional responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing maintenance activities, teams, and resources to ensure service quality and alignment with client requirements. Key Highlights: 1. Management of multidisciplinary maintenance teams 2. Coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance 3. Focus on continuous improvement and KPI compliance Responsibilities: * Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for facilities, equipment, and systems under the contract’s scope, ensuring adherence to deadlines and service quality; * Manage the maintenance team by assigning tasks, monitoring work execution, and promoting technical and behavioral development of team members; * Ensure compliance with performance indicators (KPIs) and safety, health, and environmental (SSMA) standards, promoting continuous improvement practices; * Develop and monitor maintenance plans, technical reports, and performance indicators, ensuring alignment with client and contractor requirements; * Serve as the primary point of contact with the client, participating in alignment meetings, presenting results, and proposing technical solutions to meet operational demands; * Control material and financial resources, including purchase requisitions, inventory management, and tracking of maintenance costs within the approved budget; * Conduct training and capacity-building sessions for the team to standardize procedures and strengthen service safety and quality Requirements and Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production Management, or related fields. * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary maintenance teams; * Technical knowledge to ensure compliance with performance indicators (KPIs) and applicable safety standards.
