YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: * TEAM LEADERSHIP: Motivate and coordinate the team, ensuring the best customer experience with focus on quality, hygiene, and food safety; * OPERATIONS SUPERVISION: Ensure proper preparation and sale of products during the shift; * FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT: Monitor performance results, manage cash handling, purchases, and optimize labor usage according to internal procedures; * LEGAL COMPLIANCE: Ensure adherence to labor regulations and company policies. * TEAM DEVELOPMENT: Train employees on stations, equipment, products, and brand guidelines.
