Ensuring quality and productivity targets We are looking for professionals with a strong leadership profile, capable of operating in high-volume environments with a results-oriented focus. * Supervise activities related to linen processing; * Ensure compliance with internal policies, guiding the team on disciplinary and performance matters; * Prepare reports and complete safety, production, maintenance, and people management checklists; * Ensure achievement of quality and productivity targets; * Balance operations according to customer demand; * Guarantee delivery of linen in the correct quantity and within established deadlines. Requirements: * Completed bachelor's degree (preferably in Production Engineering, Production Management, or related fields); * Knowledge of mechatronics will be considered an advantage; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Availability to work rotating shifts; * Prior experience managing operational teams.
