As a Production Analyst at Formô Brasil, your role will be to develop product strategies for the events held and assist with budgeting, as well as liaise with suppliers during planning. Your responsibilities include monitoring deadlines for established tasks and clarifying doubts for internal and external clients. You will join a multidisciplinary team, interacting daily with teams from Creative, Client Service, and Planning departments. This is a hybrid position, and the work logistics are ideal for those living in Campinas/SP. Here, we value respect, diversity, and inclusion. Your responsibilities as a Production Analyst will be: \- Develop and implement product strategies for university events, including market research, competitive analysis, and collaboration with planning and client service teams; \- Create innovative and engaging event proposals, considering the latest trends and preferences of the university audience; \- Interface with suppliers and artists to ensure delivery quality and event attractions; \- Assist in managing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure the financial health of events; \- Supervise logistics for event setup and teardown; \- Conduct technical visits to event venues; \- Analyze event performance using relevant metrics and feedback from internal and external participants, adjusting strategies as needed; \- Process checklists; \- Clarify doubts from internal and external clients; \- Monitor deadlines for internal requests; \- Carry out other tasks related to the position, as determined by your direct supervisor.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Communication, Marketing, or related fields; Experience in event production; Availability to work on weekends and holidays.
