Experience in people management and teamwork in a dynamic environment **What You’ll Do Daily** ------------------------------------- * Lead the restaurant shift, ensuring that brand processes, standards, and procedures are executed with excellence * Coordinate team positioning for customer service, cashier duties, order delivery, and suggestive selling * Guide the team in food handling and final product assembly (burgers, sauces, desserts, and side dishes) * Supervise food preparation (seasoning, safe handling, and thawing) * Coordinate store cleaning routines, goods receiving, and storage * Conduct inventory counts in stock and refrigerators * Share shift operational, production, and sales goals with the team, while supporting training and certification of new employees All this with strong teamwork and a results-oriented mindset — sound good? **✅ What You Need** ---------------------------- * 18 years or older * Completed high school education * Minimum 1 year of experience in shift coordination or management in restaurants * Technical skills in computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and mathematics (numerical proficiency) * Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule * **Bonus points if you have** * Prior experience working in high-volume fast-food chains * Ability to train, engage, and develop people * Agility, organization, and ability to work well in a team But don’t worry: what matters most is your drive to make things happen **Why Work at KFC?** ----------------------------- At KFC, we value leadership and build growth paths within operations.
