Job Summary: We are seeking an Operational Training Analyst to identify training needs, develop content, deliver training sessions, and ensure standardization and compliance of processes at Luft Logistics. About the Opportunity We seek a professional to work as an **Operational Training Analyst**, responsible for: * Identifying training needs in collaboration with leadership and operational areas; * Identifying knowledge gaps and proposing solutions aligned with operational strategy; * Developing training content and instructional materials tailored to logistics operations; * Delivering in-person and virtual training sessions, adapting methodologies according to audience; * Implementing onboarding and knowledge refreshment programs; * Monitoring training effectiveness indicators and proposing continuous improvements; * Supporting implementation of new operational processes and technologies; * Ensuring standardization of trained processes and conducting on-site execution follow-ups; * Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and compliance policies. Desired Qualifications: * Prior experience in technical training and people development; * Logistics sector experience will be a plus; * Strong communication skills and didactic abilities; * Knowledge of training material development; * Familiarity with performance indicators and learning evaluation.
