Job Summary: Operate and control lifting equipment, conduct inspections, comply with safety regulations, and collaborate with the team to ensure efficient and safe operations. Key Highlights: 1. Team collaboration for operational efficiency * Operate the rack-and-pinion system to lift, move, and position materials at construction sites, adhering to safety standards and operational procedures. * Perform regular equipment inspections to ensure safe operation, identifying and reporting any issues or maintenance requirements. Carry out basic maintenance tasks as needed. * Strictly comply with safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and application of safety procedures during equipment operation. * Cooperate with other construction or operations team members to ensure an efficient and safe workflow, clearly communicating load movements, lifting requirements, and other relevant information. * Work within established deadlines to ensure timely completion of lifting and material handling operations, maintaining worksite productivity.
