Performing equipment diagnostics and maintenance A specialized consulting firm in IT management is seeking a Junior Technical Support Analyst in Jundiaí (Downtown). **Responsibilities:** Handling Level 1 service requests\. Supporting Microsoft Windows and Office operating systems for workstations and sharing resources on Windows networks. Supporting printers and data collectors, performing hardware maintenance or diagnostics on desktops and laptops, and installing additional peripherals. Supporting corporate telephony based on telephone exchanges, extracting and monitoring telephony billing metrics, building telecommunications scenarios, and configuring e\-mail, calendars, and address books on smartphones. Supporting Appliance-based tools for firewall, proxy, and VPN, backup units, corporate backup and antivirus tools, creating and supporting GPOs. Implementing and monitoring security policies and user access profile rules. Resolving service requests remotely or on-site. Updating the cockpit and maintaining up-to-date directory trees, software and hardware inventories, and spreadsheets of used software licenses. Previous roles such as Technical Support Assistant, Junior Technical Support Technician, Help Desk Analyst, or User Support Specialist may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
