Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide user support, assist corporate systems, and help investigate and resolve incidents in IT environments, interacting with various company departments, analyzing data, and supporting systems and infrastructure. Data analysis and support for systems and infrastructure **IT Support Analyst** Monte Mor – SP \| On-site Department: Information Technology Employment Type: CLT We are seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide user support, assist corporate systems, and help investigate and resolve incidents in IT environments. The role involves interaction with various company departments, data analysis, and support for systems and infrastructure. Responsibilities \- Respond to user tickets related to IT. \- Diagnose and resolve technical and functional issues in systems. \- Perform database queries (SQL) for data analysis and correction. \- Provide support for ERP, internal systems, and integrations; \- Test system fixes and new functionalities; \- Support system implementations and updates; \- Interact with software, hardware, and service vendors; \- Document technical procedures and solutions; \- Train users when necessary; \- Support print supply management; Requirements: \- Experience in system support and user assistance; \- Basic understanding of system logic; \- Basic knowledge of SQL and databases; \- Familiarity with virtualization and backup; \- Experience in hardware maintenance; \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; Preferred Qualifications: \- Experience with Oracle or SQL Server; \- Experience with Protheus ERP; \- Experience in industrial environments; \- Knowledge of network infrastructure; \- Experience with VMware; \- Advanced Excel skills. \- Education \- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (completed or in progress); Benefits: \- Unimed Health Insurance; \- Dental Insurance; \- Meal Voucher; \- On-site meals; \- Transportation Allowance; \- Pharmacy and optical benefits; \- Profit Sharing Program (PLR).
