Job Summary:
Lead and supervise hydraulic assembly teams, overseeing installation, assembly, and testing stages to ensure quality and safety standards.

**Responsibilities:**
* Lead and supervise hydraulic assembly teams, monitoring installation, assembly, and testing of hydraulic systems—including valves, pumps, cylinders, hoses, and fittings.
* Ensure compliance with established quality, safety, and schedule requirements in the production process.
* Monitor and analyze area performance indicators, proposing continuous process improvements.
* Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, and Production departments to ensure technical and operational alignment.
**Requirements:**
* Prior experience as a supervisor and team leader.
* Technical knowledge in hydraulic and mechanical assembly, including reading and interpreting hydraulic diagrams.
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields;
* Willingness to work on-site in Monte Mor/SP.
* Knowledge of cranes, cargo handling equipment, or road vehicle implements will be considered a plus.
