Promote engagement and standardization of technical processes We are seeking a **Technical Coordinator** to lead technical operations across the entire national territory, directly managing the team of technical promoters and ensuring correct product presentation and application at points of sale. This professional will be responsible for coordinating field technical activities, tracking results, analyzing performance indicators, and ensuring standardized execution of actions—contributing to brand strengthening and product performance in the market. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate, develop, and supervise the performance of technical promoters nationwide; * Ensure proper execution of technical product demonstrations at points of sale; * Define, track, and ensure achievement of targets, performance indicators, and standards; * Analyze technical and operational reports, consolidating information for decision-making; * Monitor regional results, identifying improvement opportunities and strategic adjustments; * Promote engagement, alignment, and continuous development of the technical team; * Ensure standardization of field technical processes and communications; * Collaborate closely with Commercial, Marketing, Trade Marketing, and other internal departments. **Requirements:** * Proven experience coordinating technical or field teams; * Experience managing targets, performance indicators, and reporting; * Analytical, organized profile with strong planning ability; * Leadership, communication, and interpersonal relationship skills; * Ability to operate across nationally distributed locations; * Willingness to travel frequently throughout the national territory.
