Job Summary: A professional responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems, hardware, and software, as well as providing technical support to end users. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with installation and maintenance of Windows, Linux, and Mac systems 2. End-user technical support and IT infrastructure management 3. Preventive and corrective hardware and software maintenance **Responsibilities the professional will perform:** Installation of Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems (hardware, software, networks, internet) Joining computers to the domain Connecting network printers or locally via USB Providing technical support and organizational assistance to company users Assembling and maintaining desktops and notebooks Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Office 365 Creating standardized images for computer labs VPN configuration Smart board configuration Performing preventive and corrective hardware maintenance, including fault diagnosis and repairs Assisting and monitoring ticketing systems with SLA compliance Installing, configuring, and updating hardware components and systems Conducting performance testing to ensure hardware efficiency Identifying and resolving IT hardware-related issues. **Required Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:** Intermediate Windows proficiency; Microsoft Office 365\. Desired knowledge of disk cloning tools (Norton Ghost, Clonezilla, Acronis); ability to create standard Windows-based images; basic Windows Server knowledge; Adobe Suite; Autodesk installation and configuration; VPN client validation; TCP/IP protocol configuration; Wi-Fi network configuration; antivirus configuration; desktop and notebook maintenance; operating system (Windows) and application installation; joining computers to a domain; installing network or locally connected USB printers; providing technical support to company or organizational users. **Education:** Completed Technical Education **Experience Required:** 6 months ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Required Knowledge and Skills:** Operating Systems, Networking ### **Benefits:** Meal Voucher, Transportation Voucher, Life Insurance ### **Department:** Government
