




Job Summary: Responsible for providing on-site technical support to corporate users, ensuring the availability, functionality, and quality of IT resources and compliance with SLAs. The role's mission is to perform diagnostics, maintenance, and on-site service calls, ensuring operational efficiency and SLA compliance. **Responsibilities:** — Provide on-site technical support to users (Field Service) — Respond to hardware, software, and system tickets — Perform installation, replacement, and maintenance of equipment — Work with computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals — Support rollout activities, relocations, and new setups — Conduct technical diagnostics and on-field incident resolution — Log service records in an ITSM tool (ServiceNow) — Manage user access, accounts, and e\-mails — Support IT asset inventory and control — Ensure SLA and service standard compliance — Guide users on proper use of technological resources **Requirements:** — Experience in on-site technical support (Field Service or Service Desk) — Knowledge of corporate hardware and software maintenance — Experience with Windows environments and Office suite — Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow or similar) — Basic understanding of networks, access management, and user configuration — Ability to diagnose and resolve issues **Additional Information:** Work Model: On-site/Vinhedo\-SP Hiring Type: PJ (Individual Contractor) Working Hours: Business hours
