Lead continuous improvement teams About the Opportunity: We are looking for a **Production Coordinator** to coordinate production supervisors and their teams, with strong presence on the factory floor and emphasis on operational efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement. This position plays a key role in motivating the team to achieve quality, productivity, and absenteeism control targets. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the production team, promoting individual and collective engagement, ensuring a safe, healthy, and collaborative work environment, preventing conflicts, and supporting employees’ technical and professional development; * Monitor and analyze plant performance indicators (productivity, quality, service level, production delays, steam consumption, energy, water, and chemical usage), defining corrective and preventive actions; * Supervise operational routines, identifying process failures, evaluating product quality, and conducting periodic meetings to align goals and results; * Lead continuous improvement teams focused on quality, safety, equipment maintenance, and on-time delivery; * Plan and control production according to demand and customer requirements, ensuring adherence to agreed service levels; * Collaborate with the customer service department to manage requests and complaints, defining and tracking action plans with the operations team. Accompany technical visits by customers and suppliers, where applicable; * Manage HR indicators: absenteeism, overtime, time banks, turnover, vacations, and shift schedules. Deliver structured feedback, guiding the team toward results and compliance with occupational safety regulations. Implement initiatives to reduce absenteeism and overtime, respecting current legislation and internal policies. Identify training needs and promote technical capacity-building aligned with operational requirements and the Integrated Management System (IMS); * Assess area safety risks and ensure implementation of required actions. Record, handle, and track non-conformities from the Integrated Management System (IMS). Propose process and standard improvements to management, aiming to increase operational efficiency and compliance. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, or Chemistry * Hands-on experience on the factory floor * Extensive knowledge in managing operational or technical teams * Knowledge of performance indicator management and analysis * Intermediate English or currently studying English **Working Hours: Morning \- ADM** Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Willingness to Travel
