This approach has enabled us to achieve a prominent position in the markets we serve, supported by the trust of employees, customers, and suppliers. **If you are seeking an opportunity to join a solid, purpose-driven company that values people, this vacancy is for you!** **Responsibilities and Duties*** Perform basic physicochemical analyses of raw materials and finished products * Conduct quality inspections on production lines * Collect samples according to the established sampling plan * Manage quality documentation and analysis records * Support internal and external quality audits * Maintain an organized and clean quality laboratory * Participate in GMP, HACCP, and quality system training * Support investigations of deviations and non-conformities * Perform physicochemical analyses (pH, acidity, consistency, odor, taste, salt) on raw materials, in-process products, and finished products. * Perform packaging material analyses when necessary. * Collect samples from production lines for routine analyses and product release * Execute line release via ATP analysis, focusing on Mondays and Fridays. * Record and enter analysis and release results into the PROTHEUS system * Record and store counter-samples according to traceability criteria. * Enter data into specific spreadsheets and archive documents and counter-samples. * Discard shelf-life-related products according to schedule. * Monitor monthly production checklists * Maintain the laboratory organized, clean, and sanitized in accordance with GMP standards. * Perform daily washing of glassware and laboratory utensils * Request purchase of reagents, cleaning supplies, and laboratory materials * Control inventory of swabs and other critical supplies * Calibrate pH meters and verify refrigerator temperatures. * Request calibration services for scales and equipment according to schedule. * Verify standard weights on scales as required. * Support production in cases of raw material or packaging deviations by sending samples for physical analysis **Requirements and Qualifications*** Completed high school and technical education in Chemistry/Food; active CRQ registration * Basic laboratory or quality control experience * Basic knowledge of GMP and food safety * Attention to detail and precision in execution * Basic knowledge of physicochemical analyses * Interest in building a career in quality * PROTHEUS system (desirable) **Additional Information** * Competitive remuneration based on experience; * Additional benefits including medical and dental assistance, and meal vouchers; * Opportunities for career growth and enhancement of administrative skills; * Dynamic and collaborative work environment; * Opportunity to work in a growing company, with potential for learning and professional development.
