Job Summary: The professional will program, monitor, and optimize road transportation operations, allocating vehicles and drivers, managing documentation, and proposing process improvements. Performance indicator monitoring and proposal of improvements **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / DETAILED DESCRIPTION** * Program and monitor road transportation operations according to demand and available capacity; * Plan routes, pickup and delivery time windows, seeking cost and timeline optimization; * Allocate vehicles and drivers (owned and third-party fleets) according to operational requirements; * Monitor trip execution, addressing incidents and necessary adjustments; * Maintain communication with carriers, drivers, customers, and internal departments; * Ensure compliance with agreed timelines and operational procedures; * Verify and ensure correct transportation documentation (CT-e, MDF-e, NF-e, where applicable); * Record information and costs in the system; * Monitor transportation performance indicators (OTIF, productivity, costs, SLA); * Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements to transportation programming and execution processes.
