Focus on the professional and behavioral development of young people **JOB OPENING: INSTRUCTOR – YOUNG APPRENTICE PROGRAM (INDESC)** Are you passionate about teaching, enjoy working with young people, and want to make a difference in the professional development of future talents? **INDESC – National Institute for Social and Cultural Development** is seeking a dynamic, proactive, and strongly present **Instructor**. **Main Responsibilities** * Deliver lessons to groups of young apprentices * Plan and develop course content and lesson plans * Apply dynamic and practical teaching methodologies * Monitor the development of young apprentices * Foster professional behavior and workplace readiness * Maintain attendance, performance, and incident records * Collaborate with pedagogical and social support teams **✅ Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (preferred) (Administration, Human Resource Management, Pedagogy, Logistics) * Experience in teaching, training, or instruction * Public speaking ability * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor * Proactive, organized, and disciplined personality * Ability to manage classrooms firmly and empathetically * Proficiency in computer applications **⭐ Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with the Young Apprentice Program * Knowledge of the **Apprenticeship Law (Law No. 10.097/2000)** * Experience in corporate education or training programs * Familiarity with behavioral topics and labor market trends **We seek a candidate who:** ✔ Brings energy and strong classroom presence ✔ Knows how to engage young people ✔ Is confident leading classes ✔ Is organized and committed ✔ Is passionate about teaching and developing people **Job Details** * Location: Jundiaí - SP * Schedule: To be determined * Employment Type: CLT (permanent) or PJ (freelance) * Compensation: Negotiable Job Type: Full-time CLT, Freelance / PJ Contract Duration: 12 months Pay: R$1.500,00 – R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Fuel allowance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
