Job Summary:
The entry-level Production Operator is responsible for operating hydraulic presses, molding and vulcanizing rubber parts, inspecting quality, and maintaining an organized workstation.

**Academic Qualification**
* Completed High School (Mandatory)
**Training Provided by the Company**
* Safe operation of hot hydraulic presses.
* Basic knowledge of elastomers and rubber compounds.
* Defect identification and quality standards.
* Internal production procedures and process control.
* Occupational safety (PPE, thermal and mechanical hazards).
**Main Responsibilities**
* Operate hot hydraulic presses used for molding and vulcanizing rubber parts.
* Prepare molds, apply mold release agents, and adjust basic machine parameters.
* Assemble and correctly position rubber compounds in molds.
* Monitor time, temperature, and pressure for each press cycle per technical instructions.
* Remove finished parts, perform visual inspection, and forward them to the finishing department.
* Complete production records and report any process anomalies.
* Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to industrial safety standards.
* Assist with general production line tasks as needed.
**Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 17:18**
**Compensation: R$ 2\.239,00**
