The Checker is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of receiving, storage, and shipping processes within the Distribution Center. This role involves controlling product inflows and outflows, ensuring all movements comply with invoices, service orders, and established quality standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform physical verification of received and shipped products by comparing them with invoices, purchase orders, and shipping documents; * Check quantity, type, batch number, expiration date, and condition of goods; * Identify and record discrepancies (shortages, overages, damages, misshipments, or incorrect items) and report them to the responsible department; * Support storage and product location activities according to WMS system or control spreadsheets; * Conduct periodic and cycle physical inventory counts; * Ensure proper handling, identification, and labeling of products; * Monitor truck loading and unloading processes to ensure compliance with documentation; * Operate data collection devices and electronic verification systems (when applicable); * Follow and maintain safety, cleanliness, and organizational standards (5S); * Assist leadership with operational and administrative logistics tasks. **Desired Qualifications:** * High school diploma completed; * Prior experience in logistics, inventory, or distribution centers; * Knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS) and data collector usage (preferred); * Strong attention to detail and efficiency; * Ability to work in a team and dynamic environment.
