About Us GTOP is comprised of the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for efficiently managing the supply chain at our distribution center. They assist in coordinating all logistics and inventory-related activities, ensuring an efficient flow of products to our supermarkets. KEY ACTIVITIES **Inventory Management:** Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and ensure product availability as required, avoiding both overstocking and stockouts. **Transportation Coordination:** Assist in scheduling and coordinating product deliveries to supermarkets, ensuring timeliness and efficiency in the process. **Quality Control:** Participate in quality verification of received goods and ensure compliance with established standards. **Data Analysis:** Collect and analyze supply chain performance data, identifying areas for improvement and proposing optimization solutions. **Communication:** Maintain effective communication with suppliers, carriers, and other internal departments to ensure supply chain integrity. **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records and relevant documentation related to inventory and logistics management. Requirements Completed High School education; Prior experience in logistics or supply chain is desirable. Effective communication skills. Data analysis capability. Knowledge of inventory management systems is an advantage. Organization and attention to detail are essential. **Computer Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Additional Information:** 100% on-site position **Work Location:** R.
