Job Summary: Responsible for packaging products quickly and accurately, keeping the workplace clean and organized, and ensuring courteous and high-quality customer service. Key Highlights: 1. With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. Responsibilities Responsible for packaging customers' purchased products quickly and accurately, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and consistently delivering courteous and high-quality customer service. Tasks to be Performed Package and organize products purchased by customers; Assist customers in transporting their purchased products; Restock shopping bags by retrieving them from inventory and notifying staff when stock is low; Locate or process product exchanges as requested; Sort and organize products for order fulfillment; Keep shopping carts, baskets, containers, and drums clean and organized; Place shopping carts outside the store (at store opening); Bring shopping carts inside the store (at store closing); Remove shopping carts and baskets located in front of checkout counters; Return leftover merchandise from checkout counters to shelves; Inspect and verify quantity and integrity of containers brought by customers; Check whether any purchases remain undelivered and determine if refrigerated storage is required; Sweep the store's external courtyard; Collect trash from external trash bins; Collect shopping carts from the courtyard; Distribute and retrieve signage (cones and chains); Assist customers in loading merchandise into their vehicles upon request; Be available to perform other tasks as needed.
