**About the position:** We are looking for a dynamic and organized intern to support our Administrative-Financial area. If you seek an environment that values learning and professional growth, this position is for you! **Main Responsibilities:** · **Administrative Support:** Assist in organizing and archiving documents (physical and digital). · **Data Management:** Perform entries in spreadsheets and in the management system (ERP), ensuring data integrity. · **Financial Routines:** Support Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Billing processes. · **Procurement:** Support purchasing processes, conduct quotations, and submit material requests. · **Reporting:** Collaborate in preparing control spreadsheets and departmental reports. **Requirements and Qualifications:** · Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Administration or Accounting Sciences. · Intermediate/advanced proficiency in **Google Sheets**. · Strong written and verbal communication skills. · Auditor profile: organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and productive. · **Advantages:** Familiarity with the **OMIE** system and residence near the Arvoredo neighborhood (Contagem/MG). **What we offer:** · Internship allowance: R$1.200,00 · Benefits: Transportation voucher. · Life insurance · Workload: 30 hours per week (6 hours/day – Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM). · Contract duration: 12 months (with possibility of renewal).
