Perform soil, asphalt, or other material compaction as specified in the project requirements. Maintain the equipment in good working condition by performing preventive and corrective maintenance as needed. Check and adjust the roller compactor controls to ensure work quality. Report any equipment issues or workplace irregularities to the supervisor. Follow site supervisor instructions and collaborate with the team to ensure work efficiency and quality. Meet established deadlines for task completion. Position based in Jaraguá do Sul / SC.
