Sanitize, cut, and sort ingredients. Help with meal assembly and distribution. Follow specific diets (e.g., pureed, low-sodium, diabetic, etc.). Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and utensils. Wash dishes, pots, and equipment as needed. Monitor food expiration dates and proper storage. Restock supplies used in food production. Follow food hygiene and safety regulations. Support the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper, Kitchen Assistant, Kitchen Aide, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position. High school diploma required.
