JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in preparing breads, savory items, and doughs by sorting and handling ingredients, processing food, keeping items organized, well-presented, and properly packaged according to established standards, while adhering to production schedules and protocols, rules, good practices manual, hygiene, safety, standards, and set goals. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to the production of various bakery-related products by sorting and handling ingredients, processing food, baking, frying, cutting, and packaging items, following production schedules and protocols, rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety standards, and established targets; Help reduce waste by correctly organizing product displays according to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles and producing forecasted quantities in accordance with production schedules, protocols, and recipes; Assist in counting products for stock assessments, controls, and inventories; Ensure and maintain sector organization and cleanliness, as well as equipment and utensils, through daily sanitation procedures, and request equipment adjustments and maintenance when necessary; Assist in related activities as required; Requirements **Academic qualification:** Completed elementary education **Additional information:** 100% on-site position **Work location:** R.
