ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to producing various bakery products (aligned with the bakery’s product mix) by selecting and handling ingredients, processing food items, baking, frying, cutting, and packaging products, following production schedules and protocols, rules, the Good Practices Manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and defined targets; Help reduce waste by correctly arranging stock displays according to the FIFO principle (First-In, First-Out) and producing forecasted quantities in accordance with schedules, production protocols, and recipes; Support inventory counting for stock assessments, controls, and audits; Maintain department organization and cleanliness, as well as equipment and utensils, by performing daily sanitation procedures and requesting equipment adjustments or maintenance when necessary; Assist with related tasks as needed; Requirements Completed elementary education (preferred); Basic knowledge of food handling and good hygiene practices; Attention to product quality, standards, and expiration dates; Agility, organization, and responsibility in performing department routines; Teamwork ability and effective communication with leadership; Availability for operational tasks, including standing for extended periods; Commitment to food safety standards and proper use of PPE; **Additional Information:** 100% in-person position **Employment Type:** CLT **Work Location:** R.
