JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in preparing breads, savory snacks, and doughs by sorting and handling ingredients, processing food, keeping items organized and well-presented, and packaging them according to established standards, following production schedules and protocols, rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and targets. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to the production of various products (related to the bakery's product mix) by sorting and handling ingredients, processing food, baking, frying, cutting, and packaging products, following production schedules and protocols, rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and targets; Help reduce waste by correctly organizing stock display according to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles and producing forecasted quantities as per schedule, production protocols, and recipes; Support product counting for inventory assessments, controls, and stocktaking; Maintain organization and cleanliness of the area, equipment, and utensils through daily sanitation procedures, and request equipment adjustments and maintenance when necessary; Assist in related activities as needed; Requirements **Academic qualification:** Completed elementary education **Additional information:** 100% on-site position **Work location:** R.
