Job Summary: IT Solutions Architect responsible for designing comprehensive IT solutions, conducting requirements analysis, and providing technical support to stakeholders in a global and collaborative environment. Responsibilities Design comprehensive IT solutions, including capacity planning and cost estimation, in collaboration with the Solutions Architecture team. Lead business and systems requirements gathering and analysis, ensuring alignment between client needs and technological solutions. Respond to technical inquiries related to IT, supporting internal and external stakeholders. Represent the IT department as the focal point for topics related to Infrastructure, Networks, Telephony, Systems, and Access. Support presentations, workshops, and technical discussions, contributing to the definition of efficient, standardized, and cost\-effective solutions. Actively collaborate on standardizing IT solutions aligned with global models and corporate best practices. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields. Advanced English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking). Prior experience in IT administrative routines or similar roles. General knowledge of Information Technology, with solid understanding of infrastructure and application environments. Knowledge of process automation Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and communicate clearly and effectively.
