Main Responsibilities: Assist in scheduling and monitoring of cargo loads and routes. Issue and verify transportation documents (CT\-e, MDF\-e, manifests, invoices). Track deliveries with drivers and carriers. Update spreadsheets and systems with transportation information. Support freight contracting and negotiations with carriers. Control delivery confirmations (delivery receipts). Monitor delivery deadlines and logistics incidents.
