JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for supporting online sales activities, ensuring an efficient and satisfying shopping experience for our customers. TASKS TO BE PERFORMED Assist in managing and updating the company's e\-commerce platform Process online purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and delivery speed Perform packaging and shipping activities, ensuring product quality and integrity. Assist with administrative tasks in the department, such as inventory control, invoice issuance, payment tracking, and other e\-commerce-related administrative routines. Collaborate with logistics and delivery teams to ensure distribution efficiency. Respond to customer inquiries via e\-mail, chat, or phone, providing assistance and clarifying doubts. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products online and promotional campaigns. Monitor e\-commerce performance metrics and propose improvements. Stay updated on e\-commerce market trends and emerging technologies. Comply with company policies regarding security, privacy, operational procedures, and regulatory compliance.
