Job Summary: Support and evolve the IT infrastructure, ensuring environment availability and performance, as well as managing servers and virtualization. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring and troubleshooting infrastructure **Job Description:** ---------------------- Support and evolve the IT infrastructure while ensuring availability and performance of environments. Administer Windows Server environments (AD, DNS, DHCP). Manage backups and critical updates. Support implementation of infrastructure improvements and projects. Handle medium-complexity incidents (infrastructure-related). Manage servers and virtualization. Manage access and permissions (users and groups). Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure (network, systems, and services). Monitor tools (Zabbix or similar). **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Mid-level proficiency with solid or advanced knowledge of the technologies listed.
