Job Summary: A technically trained professional to perform maintenance tasks, managing supplies and preventive/corrective maintenance routines, with focus on air conditioning systems and building repairs. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in maintenance of air conditioning systems (chiller, split) 2. Knowledge of electrical control systems and hydraulic installations 3. Management of supplies and preventive/corrective maintenance routines **Requirements:** Completed high school; Technical education in (refrigeration — preferred), electrotechnology, electromechanics, or related fields (diploma required for verification). Additional training or technical courses in commercial refrigeration; Knowledge of air conditioning systems such as chiller, split, etc.; Knowledge of electrical control systems; Knowledge of hydraulic installations; Knowledge of building and structural repairs; Training in NR10 and NR35; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Management and control of maintenance supplies; Preventive and corrective maintenance routines; Communication skills and teamwork; Flexibility regarding working hours; **Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor's degree **Driver's License Category:** B Willingness to travel
