We are looking for a **Production Leader** to coordinate and ensure the smooth operation of production activities, covering the **grinding, extrusion, and effluent treatment plant (ETP)** departments. This professional will be responsible for **leading the operational team on the factory floor, ensuring efficiency, discipline, quality, and safety during the shift** — and, above all, **actively participating in operations by working side-by-side with team members on machines and processes**. We are not seeking just a supervisor: we want an engaged professional who **leads by example**, demonstrates practical initiative, and **actively collaborates in daily task execution**. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the production process across all its stages, ensuring compliance with production orders; * Work **alongside the team on machines**, supporting operation, setup, and troubleshooting; * Guide and supervise team members during shift activities, fostering a cooperative and high-performance environment; * Identify and communicate training needs, staff reassignments, or replacements; * Distribute, enforce, and monitor proper use of PPE and safety practices; * Control waste of raw materials, electrical energy, and time; * Accurately complete production records and report incidents and deviations to the Supervisor; * Ensure correct usage of materials according to production orders; * Monitor machine and equipment operation, identifying malfunctions or maintenance needs; * Verify final product quality (weight, labeling, packaging, etc.); * Participate in leadership meetings whenever required; * Maintain sector organization, discipline, and productivity. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a **production leader or supervisor in an industrial environment**; * Strong **people management skills**, with a collaborative attitude and firm leadership posture; * **Availability to work the second shift**; * Proactive, hands-on profile, **unafraid to get involved directly in operations**. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in the **plastic recycling sector, mills, and extruders**; * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering or related fields; * Technical courses in Production, Mechanics, Plastics, or related areas; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$3,500.00 – R$4,200.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal allowance Experience: * Leadership (Preferred)
