





**Description:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, Production Management, or related fields. Postgraduate degree in Industrial Management, Production Engineering, Lean, Quality, or related areas. Previous experience in production coordination or industrial leadership. Knowledge of performance indicators (KPIs), quality tools, and continuous improvement methodologies. Experience with injection molding, extrusion processes, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is desirable. Leadership profile, strong communication skills, results-oriented mindset, and problem-solving ability. Coordinate activities across the three shifts in Production, Maintenance, and Warehouse departments. Ensure achievement of productivity, quality, organization, industrial cost, and occupational safety indicators, while fostering an environment of engagement and positive workplace climate. Manage and develop teams by monitoring performance, assigning tasks, and leading root cause analyses to resolve problems. Ensure smooth and effective communication between shifts and among various factory departments. Control raw material and recycled material consumption through CS control and inventory management.
