Join our Market team. **All positions listed here—including this one—are open to Persons with Disabilities (PwD)** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Present performance reports to company leadership; * Develop sales Forecast studies and departmental budgetary forecasts; * Ensure reliability of data analyses; * Create B.I. applications and dashboards; * Extract, process, and transform collected data into relevant information to support strategic decision-making; * Conduct benchmarking, analyze the competitive landscape, and develop comparative analyses between the company and key market players; * Monitor company KPIs and report insights to decision-makers; * Develop dashboards containing relevant information for the Market and Sales departments; * May occasionally be assigned new responsibilities related to campaigns, projects, or products. * Focus on data extraction and reporting, supporting all sales channels—both horizontally and vertically. * Lead system-related requirements and adaptations in collaboration with the IT team, coordinate system training schedules, and ensure system delivery and operational support for the business. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Skills**: Database management; Microsoft Excel; Strong communication skills; Flexibility and adaptability to business needs, people, and processes; Innovation mindset. Microsoft Office Suite; Data mining; Python; Statistics; Power BI experience. **Education**: Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields. **Preferred (but not mandatory) education**: Postgraduate degree in Big Data, Marketing and Advertising, Business Intelligence (B.I.), and/or Strategic Market Management. **Additional Information** **Work schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:12 PM to 6:00 PM.
