Responsibilities: * Conduct recruitment and selection processes for operational positions, with strong focus on workforce sourcing, candidate screening, and interviews; * Handle high-volume hiring, ensuring agility, quality, and alignment with requested profiles; * Monitor and verify attendance records, overtime hours, absences, and leaves; * Support payroll processing, including data submission to HR and benefit calculations; * Manage vacation scheduling, contract terminations, and periodic medical examinations; * Provide on-site support to employees, clarifying labor- and operation-related questions; * Assist in personnel transfers between construction sites; * Organize and maintain up-to-date physical and digital files; * Support labor inspections and audits; * Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal company procedures; Requirements: Requirements to join our team: * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in HR, Administration, or related fields preferred); * Prior experience in HR department routines; * Knowledge of labor legislation; * Proficiency in Excel; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity; * Willingness to travel frequently — although the primary work location is Campo Grande/MS, extended stays in other regions are required.
