Job Summary: A professional responsible for developing architectural plans and projects across all stages, interfacing with production and ensuring technical alignment with clients. Key Highlights: 1. Full involvement in the development of architectural plans and projects. 2. Direct interface with production and construction site supervision. 3. Participation in meetings with clients to define project details. **Architect** A professional responsible for developing **architectural plans and projects across all stages**, specifying materials, finishes, techniques, and methodologies applicable to the company's projects. Conducts **analysis of data and technical information**, prepares **2D and 3D projects**, performs financial, economic, and environmental feasibility studies, and supports construction site supervision and services. Acts as the **interface with production**, including preparation of cutting plans, technical detailing, production scheduling, material requisition, and monitoring of fabrication and on-site assembly. Also participates in **client meetings to define details of the sold project**, ensuring technical alignment and execution quality.
