We thrive on challenges and seek people who want to build careers and achieve results with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** This opportunity is for young individuals seeking to enter the job market; below is an outline of your daily routine: Assist in updating and organizing control spreadsheets, such as: daily production, meals, cleaning supplies, employee absences, among others; Support issuance of simple invoices under supervisor guidance, including shipping, return, and billing invoices; Assist in controlling employee time records by verifying clock-in entries, medical certificates, justifications, and other required information; Help verify documents for onboarding new employees; Assist in shipment and receipt of goods, checking items and supporting inbound/outbound control; Print and organize labels per operational department instructions; Request various materials via SISPLAN, such as trimmings, office supplies, hygiene products, etc.; Assist in finance department routines, always under supervision and guidance from the responsible team. Perform other tasks of equivalent complexity, as required by the department/company; Fully comply with safety, quality, organization, and cleanliness standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** Required Qualifications: Minimum age: 14 years old (completed) to 24 years old; Must be currently enrolled in elementary or high school (regular or youth/adult education), or have already completed high school; Availability to perform duties during morning shifts.
