To help propel the tech ecosystem with us, learn more about Senior’s Technology Manifesto **LEARN MORE ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY:** We are seeking a professional to coordinate the Logistics Product Management team, managing the product lifecycle—including competitor monitoring, identification of market and technological trends and opportunities—and contributing to the creation and maintenance of the product roadmap, ensuring execution of Senior’s strategic planning with focus on customer satisfaction and business results. Main Responsibilities * Plan, coordinate, and communicate deliveries from the Product Management area, translating strategic planning into structured actions that support business results, inspiring teams through clear communication of purpose and direction. * Engage with customers and other stakeholders, ensuring visibility and alignment regarding strategy and supporting initiatives. * Identify and validate new business opportunities and solutions, encouraging teams to monitor the market, adopt best practices in product management, and seek new partners, segments, and innovation initiatives. * Act as a matrix facilitator across the organization, identifying demands and bottlenecks while promoting integration and collaboration among teams. * Serve as an agent of change by analyzing market practices in product management, marketing, sales, and metrics, and driving adoption of these concepts within the company. * Support people development through performance management, continuous feedback, individual development plans (IDPs), and organizational climate initiatives. * Ensure compliance with policies, methods, procedures, budget, and KPIs under your responsibility, aligned with strategic planning. **WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:** * Holds a completed bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields; * Has knowledge of Logistics and Transportation, Information Technology, and Information Systems; * Understands the business areas related to the logistics product line under your responsibility; * Possesses knowledge of Artificial Intelligence applied to business and products, including automation concepts, advanced analytics, and AI use in decision support. **WHAT COULD ENHANCE YOUR PROCESS:** * Master’s degree or specialization in Business Management and/or Logistics; * Knowledge of Logistics and Transportation business processes; * Intermediate/advanced English and/or Spanish; * Project management knowledge; * Strategic planning knowledge; * Knowledge of commercial, service, and system development methodologies; * Knowledge of generative AI, machine learning, and AI tools for product management and innovation; * Experience with negotiation techniques. **Our Benefits:** * Medical and dental plans; * Life insurance; * PPLR — Profit and Results Sharing; * Wiipo card with flexible benefits; * Wiipo Club with exclusive discounts and advantages; * TotalPass — Gym and wellness benefit; * Banked hours; * Citizen Company: Extended maternity and paternity leave; * Birth assistance; * PET assistance; * Senior Corporate University; * Career development plan. **The Senior Way:** Our culture respects individuality and empowers people through innovation, collaboration, and autonomy.
