Because it’s more than a job—it’s a role at Senior. **LEARN MORE ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY:** We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our Continuous Improvement team to support the team with analytical requests and perform development and maintenance of administrative and financial data. This person will support operational, tactical, and strategic decision-making indicators and reports used by senior leadership. Key responsibilities: * Develop Power BI dashboards, Dataflows, and tables in the data lake. * Support the team with analytical requests. * Create and maintain automation flows in Power Automate. * Document business rules, metric definitions, and data dictionaries. * Develop and maintain security rules for data deliveries, adhering to governance and security principles. * Support demand collection and prioritization with partner areas (FP\&A, Accounting, Billing, Treasury, etc). * Collaborate with other analysts to validate and evolve existing data. * Communicate issues and propose improvements focused on agility and quality. **WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:** * Has proficiency in Power BI, DAX, M, Excel, and SQL; * Has knowledge of Python; * Has knowledge of financial and administrative data; * Has knowledge of dimensional modeling; * Has knowledge of agile methodologies and project management; * Holds a completed undergraduate degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields. **WHAT COULD ENHANCE YOUR PROCESS:** * Experience with data mesh; * PySpark SQL; * Familiarity with Airflow; * Microsoft PL\-300\. **Our benefits:** * Medical and dental insurance; * Life insurance; \- PPLR \- Profit-sharing and results program; * Wiipo card with flexible benefits; * Wiipo Club with exclusive discounts and advantages; \- TotalPass \- Gym and wellness benefit; * Banked hours; * Citizen company: Extended maternity and paternity leave; * Newborn assistance; * PET assistance; * Senior Corporate University; * Career development plan. **The Senior Way:** Our culture respects individuality and empowers people through innovation, collaboration, and autonomy.
