We are located at the **Blumenau Innovation Center (CIB)** and develop and market a **SaaS e-commerce platform**, serving clients across Brazil. We are experiencing constant growth and seeking people who want to grow, learn, and evolve alongside us. **About the Role** The **Software Quality Analyst** will be responsible for helping ensure the system functions as expected by validating functionalities, business rules, and established visual standards for the product. Your role will be crucial in identifying defects, reducing customer impact, and directly contributing to the team’s delivery quality. We seek someone with a critical eye, attention to detail, strong analytical ability, and a willingness to understand how the system works in practice. Requirements: **Key Responsibilities** * Perform manual validations of system functionalities and workflows * Ensure business rules function as expected * Verify adherence to defined visual standards for the product * Identify, log, and track bugs clearly and systematically * Create test cases based on requirements and business scenarios * Support the team in mitigating defects before customer delivery * Contribute to the continuous improvement of product and process quality **Hard Skills (Technical Knowledge)** * Basic programming logic knowledge, with foundational understanding of at least one language such as PHP, Python, Java, or C# * Understanding of the bug lifecycle, including identification, documentation, and prioritization of defects Knowledge of manual and exploratory testing * Ability to create test cases based on business requirements * Understanding of web fundamentals, such as HTTP methods (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE) and status codes (200, 404, 500\) * Basic database and SQL knowledge for validating data stored by the system * Familiarity with API testing using tools like Postman or Insomnia * Basic Git version control knowledge **Soft Skills (Behavioral Competencies)** * Attention to detail: ability to detect visual and logical inconsistencies that may otherwise go unnoticed * Clear communication: ability to describe errors and scenarios objectively and understandably Curiosity: desire to explore behaviors, formulate hypotheses, and investigate situations beyond standard flows * Empathy for users: viewing the product also from the perspective of those who use it daily Organization and responsibility: diligence in recordkeeping, evidence gathering, and task tracking Analytical mindset: ease in observing scenarios, understanding root causes, and questioning unexpected behaviors **Preferred Qualifications** * Programming logic knowledge * Experience with e-commerce or integrations * Familiarity with Kanban and visual task management * Basic English for technical reading * CTFL (Certified Tester Foundation Level) certification **Job Details** Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1 hour and 12 minute lunch break Employment type: Full-time, permanent CLT contract Compensation: To be discussed Join our team If you are a challenge-driven professional seeking professional growth and wish to join a company that lives and breathes technology, we want to meet you.
